If
you can't beat them, join them!-
As graffiti is now a recognized
art form and in the right places it can look awesome, I decided
to support my son in his endeavor to invent his own artistic
expression. He is so taken with graffiti that he wanted to
know more about it. The book makes a point of the fact that
it is illegal to graffiti in public places. I also bought
him a sketch book (black book) so he wouldn't be tempted
to use our walls! - P.G. Elliot, Michigan
Great
for Anyone-
I've been doing graffiti
for about six years now, and surprisingly enough this book
was very motivating and helpful. I never realized how important
the use of colors really is. All in all it's a great book
and I highly recommend it for any beginner or any experienced
artist who'd like a few tips or a little motivation! - Kudoss,

Amazing
Book-
This book
has provided
countless hours
of enjoyment
for my teen who
is interested
in graffiti art.
The book is of
immense practical
and educational
benefit and has
proven to be
one of my son's
most-loved possessions.
Thank you Scape

Graffiti-
I needed to learn how to draw
graffiti for one of my classes. I bought
this book and after alot of practice
I was decent at it. The book explains
where to start, what colors to use,
and many other things(for more advanced
artists). The book was worth the money.

How
to with Style-
As a huge fan of the Impact
series of How To art books I wanted to get to know the artform
that made Banksy a household name. What was staggering was
the detail to which Scape Martinez went into for the whole
thing taking the reader from beginning concept to colours,
from effects to the finished product explaining everything
including techniques used by various artists in great detail
along with a huge selection of photo's to back his POV. Its
gripping, its compelling and you'll want to tackle a project
of your own, however, one thing I will advise, is to make
sure its your own wall or get permission from your local
council, who if they refuse permission, will generally know
of an ongoing project within your area where you'll be allowed
to practice street art legally. - Gareth Wilson, United
